Accounting Principals Donates 200 Jaguars Tickets
to American Red Cross

Jacksonville, FL (September 9, 2005) – Accounting Principals®, the accounting and finance solutions unit of MPS Group, Inc. (NYSE:MPS), today announced that they have donated 200 tickets for the Jacksonville Jaguars season opening game against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, September 11 to the American Red Cross.

The Red Cross will use these tickets to thank volunteers for their tireless relief efforts around this tragedy. Concession vouchers for food and drink at ALLTEL Stadium will be handed out along with the game tickets.

“Offering a token of gratitude to the Red Cross was the least we could do,” says Joyce Himsl, regional vice president of Accounting Principals. “Everyone has been impacted by the sights and scenes from the Gulf Coast, and a bit of escape into football will hopefully give those in the middle of the tragedy a small sense of relief.”

“Jacksonville is the corporate headquarters for Accounting Principals, and we really wanted to do something for the Red Cross. The start of football season was a great way to give something back,” added Tyra Tutor, senior vice president of corporate development of MPS Group.
