Fort Worth, TX (May 12, 2003) – Accounting Principals, the accounting and finance solutions unit of MPS Group, Inc. (NYSE:MPS), today announced that it will present a series of educational seminars to provide valuable information to financial managers. The first in this series is offered in conjunction with Incentus Corporation, entitled “Controlling Healthcare Benefit Costs – What’s Working, What’s Not…What’s Next?” Ron Houghton, Executive Vice President of Incentus Corporation, will lead the discussion at the Petroleum Club of Fort Worth at Noon on Tuesday, May 13, 2003.

“With the cost of employee healthcare benefits spiraling upward, many companies find themselves struggling to maintain a competitive benefit package,” says Mr. Houghton. “It’s a common problem, but there are creative solutions. By giving workers more freedom of choice and putting them in charge of spending their own benefit dollars, companies may empower employees to more actively participate in benefit decisions. Also by utilizing Internet-based management programs and applying proven business disciplines, companies may increase consumer value and manage benefit costs.”

Prior to joining Incentus, Houghton served as national sales director for Qwest Cyber Solutions, a joint venture Internet services firm created by Qwest Communications, Inc. and KPMG consulting. Houghton led Qwest ASP business development initiatives and marketing programs for Internet based enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and e-commerce solutions. Previously, Houghton was the managing principal for the Holland Software operating division of Nichols Research Corporation where he managed sales initiatives for the implementation of SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and integrated H/R solutions. Houghton began his career with IBM Corporation in Oklahoma in 1979 and has over 20 years of experience in information management systems, insurance and healthcare technology solutions.
