Accounting Principals to Exhibit at
the American Payroll Association’s Annual Congress


JACKSONVILLE, FL (April 29, 2003) — Accounting Principals, the accounting and finance solutions unit of MPS Group, Inc. (NYSE:MPS), today announced that it will participate at the 21st Annual Congress for the American Payroll Association (APA), to be held at Bally’s Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, April 29-May 3, 2003.

The five-day event is the payroll industry’s most comprehensive learning exposition and features the industry’s largest exhibit hall of payroll services and technology. The Annual Congress includes more than 100 workshops, government and industry authorities, and the latest in compliance updates.

Accounting Principals will have representatives attending the conference in booth 801 to discuss the workforce solutions for the accounting, finance, mortgage, and banking industries.
