Accounting Principals to Exhibit at the American Payroll Association's Annual Congress

JACKSONVILLE, Florida (May 8, 2002) -- -- Accounting Principals, the accounting and finance solutions unit of MPS Group, Inc. (NYSE:MPS), today announced they will participate at the 20th Annual Congress for the American Payroll Association (APA), to be held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas, May 14 -18, 2002.

The five-day event is the payroll industry's most comprehensive learning exposition and features the industry's largest exhibit hall of payroll services and technology. The Annual Congress includes more than 100 workshops to choose from, government and industry authorities, and the latest in compliance updates.
