Philadelphia company is in need of a Payroll Manager for a contract to hire engagement.
Duties Include:
Oversee the daily operations of the payroll department
Ensure accurate processing of the Agency’s bi-weekly payroll
Ensure timely submission and payment of all payroll taxes
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local government reporting requirements
Supervise and train Payroll Coordinator
Requirements:
Interface will all levels of managment
Associates Degree and minimum of 2 years payroll management experience
ADP and Excel knowledge a plus
High volume payroll processing experience
Excellent communication and data entry skills
