Financial Systems Administrator needed for a well established Philadelphia company. This is a long term, open ended contract engagement. The right person for this role will have a blended background of IT and Finance. Only candidates with the exact skillset and requirements will be considered for this role - no exceptions.
Job Responsibilities are as follows:
Administer and maintain Elite, DTE, and ERS systems
Perform daily uploads and error handling and time and cost entries
Perform databse modifications, data extractions, and customer reporting using SQL
Prepare queues and run mid-month and month-end procedures
Provide user support for the company's various accounting systems
Gather and transmit elcetronic billing and timekeeper information to clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4 years of related experience
Proficiency with all facets of Elite financial systems
Experience with structured query language, database structure and programming concepts
Detail oriented
Able to work with minimal supervision
Available ASAP and able to commit for duration of open ended engagement
